The North of Portugal has good and fast accesses, and several connections to the big urban centres.
- South of Portugal
The best road is A1 which connects Lisbon to Porto (313km). To the west, there is another alternative with less traffic in some zones and with a different landscape. It starts from Lisbon in the highway A8 and A17 (321km).
- From Oporto to Caminha.
A quick route, just over 1 hour depending on the itinerary you choose to take.
If you choose to take the highway A28 (98 km), we advise you to take the exit that mentions Vila Praia de Ancora/Moledo. After exiting the highway, you’ll have to drive for about 5 km on the N13, and next to the Minho river mouth you will find the Hotel on your right side in front of the Minho river mouth.
- North of Spain
From Galiza, AP-9 is the fastest access available, 201km, passing through Santiago de Compostela. In this route you will also have the opportunity to be marvelled by the Rias Baixas. After entering Portugal, head towards Oporto A3 and before the toll you will the exit at Vila Nova de Cerveira, Caminha, Viana do Castelo. From this point onwards, there are only 33km more before arriving to the Hotel. Then, next to the Minho river mouth you will find the Hotel on your left side.
- From the International Oporto Airport
From the International Oporto Airport (OPO), Caminha is 88km away if you take the A28 highway (towards Viana do Castelo).

- From the Vigo Airport
The Vigo Airport (VGO) is 60km away from the Hotel if you take the A55 highway (Towards Portugal).
From this airport to the Hotel, we advise you to rent a vehicle or call a taxi.
From the station of Oporto Campanhã
The trip takes about 3 hours and costs around 10€ per person. In some situations, it will be necessary to transfer trains, which takes place in the station of Nine or in Viana do Castelo. Other schedules take the direct route to Caminha without transferring trains.
It is possible to travel to Caminha from any part of the Country through Rede Expressos that stop in Caminha.
